Quick Listings provides AI-powered product listing generation services for e-commerce sellers. Our services include analyzing product images and generating optimized titles, descriptions, and specifications for various marketplaces.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must have all necessary rights to share such content with us.

The Quick Listings service, including its software, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Quick Listings and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

The listings generated by our AI are owned by you once payment has been made for the service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our services
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Circumvent any rate limiting or access restrictions
• Use our services to generate listings for counterfeit products

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
